How do I place an order?
First, you need to register an account. We will then email you an ID and password to log in to our E-commerce platform and place your order.
Can personal users register an account?
Yes, our E-commerce platform is designed to serve both B2B and B2C customers.
What is the lead time for my order?
The lead time is subject to stock availability. Normally, we can deliver your order to your door within 1-2 business days upon order confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paynow, cheque, bank transfer, and credit term (applicable only to B2B).
Can I contact someone for order status or sales inquiries?
Yes, you can call us at 6741 3145 during office hours (9am to 5.30pm) or email us at sales@booakholic.com.sg. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can also log in to your account to check your order history and status.
